The IT Support Administrator works as a member of a highly motivated team to ensure systems reliability, availability, security, and operational support related to these systems.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)
 Support the Active Directory Infrastructure: including maintaining user account information, rights, security, systems groups, domains and domain controllers; ensure backups of domain controllers are retrievable; maintain file and printer sharing servers.  Diagnose and fixe users' problems associated with any desktop application or hardware including printers, scanners and other peripherals.  Install and/or upgrade desktop hardware and software.  Coordinate with the helpdesk administrator for user calls and requests and finding the best way in solving any pending issues.  Maintain Servers & Desktops’ Antivirus servers, ensure they are functioning correctly, read logs, ensure software patches are up to date.  Log open ticket call progress in the Help Desk software on a daily basis & Respond to Help Desk questions and provide training and technical assistance.  Maintain a strong working knowledge of all the equipment and systems supported by IT Support by keeping current with all documentation and by working with all IT department units.  Process all IT Support maintenance requests with external companies as well as internal processing with end users and concerned offices.  Follow and ensure strict safety procedures.  Respect and adhere to the mission, vision, and values of LAUMC-RH.  Initiate actions to predict the occurrence of non-conformities in materials and services.  Put corrective and preventive actions in place and follow through the process.  Perform other duties pertinent to this job as appropriate or as required.
 BS in computer Science or relevant field  At least 2 years working experience in related field.  Excellent verbal and written English skills. French is a plus.
 Good organizational and carry out multiple tasks.  Experience with server virtualization.  Good analytical and problem-solving skills.  Up to date IT and helpdesk skills.  Strong communication skills.
