The leader of Admission, Billing and Collection provides strategic and operational leadership for all patient access and front-end revenue cycle functions, including admissions, registration, insurance verification, financial counseling, billing, point-of-service collections, and patient account collections. The Director is responsible for optimizing revenue capture, ensuring regulatory compliance, enhancing the patient financial experience, and improving operational efficiency across all hospitals and ambulatory services.
The Director develops and implements standardized processes, leverages technology and data analytics to improve performance, and collaborates with clinical, financial, and operational leaders to ensure seamless patient access and financial operations while supporting the organization's strategic and financial objectives.
The Registered Nurse (RN) manages care for adult patients of all ages with acute and chronic conditions utilizing the nursing process of triage, assessment, planning, intervention, implementation, evaluation, and coordination of care in accordance with the established Hospital policies and procedures.
