Monitor designated applications and take corrective action to prevent or minimize system down time.
Develop and modify applications and programs as needed to meet business requirements or address a production issue. Adheres to the approved system development lifecycle processes and procedures.
Responsible for routine and emergency maintenance of internal systems.
Implement new applications and modules to achieve stated business process and services levels.
On-call for application incidents and production availability issues to ensure service level agreements are achieved.
Participate in the study and the development of internal procedures and KPIs(Quality System ,ISO,JCI)
Perform other duties pertinent to this job as appropriate or as required.
Bachelor degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or relevant field.
Proven hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors is required.
Experience in application administration, including HIS, ERP, RIS, PACS, Laserfiche, etc., is an added advantage.
