DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to)

Recruitment Coordination
- Coordinate the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Liaise with hiring managers and relevant stakeholders to identify recruitment needs, facilitate timely hiring decisions, and ensure an effective and consistent recruitment process.
Competency-Based Interviewing
- Conduct structured competency-based interviews to assess candidates against established technical, functional, and behavioral competencies.
- Document interview findings and assessment results, ensuring accurate and consistent recording of candidate responses and evaluation outcomes.
Job Description and Job Analysis
- Develop, review, and update job descriptions to accurately reflect roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and required competencies.
- Conduct job analysis by gathering and reviewing information on key duties, responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies from relevant stakeholders to ensure job descriptions accurately reflect operational requirements.
Staffing Planning and Workload Analysis
- Gather and consolidate information on staffing levels, vacancies, workload requirements, and approved positions to support recruitment and staffing processes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date staffing records and vacancy data, and coordinate with relevant departments to follow up on staffing requirements and recruitment requests.
Employee File Compliance & Accreditation Requirements
- Maintain and update employee files in accordance with internal policies and applicable JCI accreditation requirements, ensuring required documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filed.
- Review employee files against established documentation checklists to identify missing or expired records and coordinate with relevant employees or departments to obtain outstanding documents.
- Support internal and external accreditation audits by retrieving, organizing, and providing employee documentation and records as requested, while maintaining confidentiality and proper document control.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a talent acquisition role, with exposure to manpower planning, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Experience managing the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, reference checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Competency-Based Interviewing: Experience conducting structured competency-based interviews and objectively assessing candidates against defined technical and behavioral competencies.
- Job Description & Job Analysis: Experience in developing and reviewing job descriptions and translating business requirements into clear roles, responsibilities, qualifications, and competencies.
- Staffing Planning & Workload Analysis: Experience in assessing workforce needs, workload and staffing gaps to support effective workforce planning and recruitment priorities.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
